Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the God's Legion website and any purchase you make from us. God's Legion is owned and operated by Zueseel Innovation Corp. ("God's Legion", "we", "us" or "our") from Ontario, Canada.

By browsing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies they reference, including our Privacy Policy and Refund & Return Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use our website or place an order.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform we use to sell to you.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page and changing the "Last updated" date. Changes apply from the date they're posted and do not affect orders placed before that date.

Eligibility & Acceptable Use

To place an order, you must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms.

You agree not to use our website or products to:

  • Break any law or encourage others to do so
  • Infringe our intellectual property or anyone else's
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, defame or discriminate against anyone, including on the basis of religion, race, ethnicity, sex, sexual orientation, age, national origin or disability
  • Submit false or misleading information, or pretend to be someone else
  • Upload viruses or malicious code, or interfere with the website's security or operation
  • Collect other people's personal information, or scrape, crawl or spam
  • Resell our products commercially without our written permission

We may suspend or end your access to our website if you break these rules.

Orders, Pricing & Payment

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel any order, or limit quantities per customer, household or payment method, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that we suspect are fraudulent. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time before you place your order. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you, even after it's been confirmed.

You agree to give us current, complete and accurate billing, shipping and contact information. Applicable sales taxes are added at checkout.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes and brokerage fees may apply when your package arrives. Unless they're collected at checkout, these charges are your responsibility.

Products & Personalization

We work to show our products as accurately as possible, but colours, finishes and sizes may look slightly different on your screen. Small variations in finish or detail are normal and are not defects.

Please review each product's materials and care instructions before buying. If you have a known sensitivity or allergy to certain metals or materials, check the product description or contact us first.

For personalized or engraved items:

  • You are responsible for checking the spelling, wording and details you submit. We engrave exactly what you provide.
  • We may refuse personalization requests that are offensive, unlawful or that infringe someone else's rights, and refund you for that item.
  • Personalized items are final sale, except where they arrive damaged, defective or with an error we made.

We may discontinue any product or change product descriptions at any time. Products may be available in limited quantities.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or other events outside our control are not our responsibility, but we'll help you track down any package that seems lost.

Title and risk of loss pass to you when your order is delivered to the shipping address you provided. Please make sure your address is correct. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address you entered.

If your order isn't delivered within 30 days of the delivery date we gave you, or within 30 days of your order if we gave no date, you may have the right under Ontario law to cancel your order for a refund.

Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, store credit and refunds are handled under our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short, eligible items can be returned within 30 days of purchase in unworn, original condition, and return shipping is paid by the customer.

Intellectual Property

The God's Legion name, logos, product designs, photos, graphics, text and other content on our website belong to Zueseel Innovation Corp. or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.

You may view and share our content for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as sharing a product link with a friend. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, modify or use our designs, images or branding for any other purpose without our written permission.

Scripture quotations used in our designs and content remain subject to the rights of their respective publishers where applicable.

Reviews, Comments & Feedback

If you submit a review, photo, comment, testimonial, idea or other content to us ("Submissions"), you confirm that it's yours to share, that it's honest, and that it doesn't infringe anyone's rights or contain unlawful, offensive or misleading material.

You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, edit for length or clarity, and share your Submissions on our website, social media and marketing, with your name or username where you've provided it. We won't change the meaning of your review. We are not required to keep Submissions confidential, pay for them or respond to them.

We may, but are not required to, remove any Submission that we decide is unlawful, offensive or in breach of these Terms.

Our website may include tools, apps or links provided by third parties, such as payment providers, shipping trackers or social media platforms. We don't control these services and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, so please review them before using them.

Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Our products come with the warranties and conditions that apply by law and cannot be excluded, including those under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

To the extent the law allows, our website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

To the extent the law allows, God's Legion and its owners, employees, suppliers and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, such as lost profits or data, arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Indemnification & Termination

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zueseel Innovation Corp. and its owners, employees and service providers from third-party claims, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your Submissions, or your violation of any law or anyone else's rights.

These Terms apply until ended by you or us. You can end them at any time by no longer using our website. We may suspend or end your access if we reasonably believe you've broken these Terms. Any orders, payments, obligations or liabilities that arose before termination continue to apply.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it in good faith. Disputes that can't be resolved are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, except where your local law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law of your province, state or country.

SMS Terms

By opting in to God's Legion text messages at checkout or through our sign-up tools, you agree to receive recurring automated texts from us at the number you provided. These may include order updates, abandoned cart reminders, review requests, and marketing offers.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, and your wireless provider may charge you for messages. We don't charge for the service.
  • To opt out, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to any message, or use the unsubscribe link in our messages. We'll also honour any other reasonable request to stop. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
  • For help, reply HELP to any message or email support@godslegion.com.

If we change the phone number or short code we use, we'll let you know. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for delayed, failed or misdirected messages. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We handle your phone number and messaging data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing.

General Terms & Contact

  • Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Return Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of our website and purchases.
  • Severability: If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the extent allowed and the rest will remain in effect.
  • No waiver: If we don't enforce a right or provision, that doesn't waive it.
  • Assignment: We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms, for example as part of a sale of our business. You may not transfer yours without our consent.
  • Errors: Our website may occasionally contain errors in descriptions, pricing, availability or shipping information. We may correct them at any time, as described in Orders, Pricing & Payment.
  • Headings: Headings are for convenience only and don't affect how these Terms are read.
